Ok, so just follow the below steps to reset Firestick remote:

Stay on the Home Screen on Firestick 4K and press the Left + Menu + Back button at the same time for 10 seconds.

  1. Boot into your Amazon FireTV Stick and stay on the Home Screen.
  2. Now using the remote press and hold the Right navigation key + the Back button for a few seconds.
  3. You will then see the notification on the screen as “Your Fire TV Stick 4K is Powering Off“.
  4. After this, the device will turn off and delete everything from it so just wait for a while.
