First, go to your App Store on Android or iOS and search for Fire TV Remote and open the first app.
After this click on the Install or Get and then this app will start downloading once completes tap on Open to launch it.
When launching it for the first time you will see Fire TV Announcements just ignore them by tapping on No, Thanks.
Now connect to the same WiFi you are using on TV and then you will notice FireTV’s name appears on the screen just tap on it.
Once you tap on the name a code will appear on TV just type the Code on your mobile to Pair Remote.
